Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 for Xbox Series X has been presented by Microsoft with a stunning movie made with the engine for next-gen to Epic, Unreal Engine 5. The trailer was to show the power of the new console of the colossus of Redmond, and, according to Epic, the video ran in real time.

After the publication of the movie, many have raised doubts about what is shown, and Epic has decided to go back to talk about the now-famous trailer, emphasising how the motor is able to move the character models, ultra-detailed real-time.

With regard to the processing of real-time, Epic said: “let us remember of the characters, and the trailer of Hellblade 2, of our friends, Ninja Theory, is a good example that you should see if you haven’t done it yet”.

These statements, suggests that the trailer of the game turned actually in real-time and in-engine.
