Lacks a little at the exit of The Last of Us Part II; Sony and Naughty Dog are preparing and for the occasion have recently been published in the commercial integral, where we see Ellie struggling with a song. Well, apparently it is just the song to have caused a fuss, because a singer has stated that the study would have plagiarized his song.

The singer and songwriter of Seattle Anna-Lynne Williams (stage name Lotte Kestner) has said on Twitter that the song in the ad is “copied” from his own cover of the original song. Claims to have added his own lyrics, in support of his request for credit and/or compensation to you.

“Hey, Neil Druckmann and Naughty Dog, have you noticed that the cover is inserted in the spot of The Last of Us Part II is a replica of my cover exit years ago? I wrote the phrases to the cover that were not present in the original song, and they were copied. I feel heartbroken,” said the singer on Twitter. It is interesting to note, as now the YouTube video is set to “private”, so it is likely that Sony is considering the statements of the singer (who has since deleted the tweet).

Now we just have to wait and see if the studio will place the credits and compensate for the singer. Stay tuned with us for more updates about it. We remind you that The Last of Us Part II will be available exclusively on PlayStation 4 on June 19.
