To my surprise, the Polish team of PolyAmorous has released the first trailer for Paradise Lost, the title destiny to see the light on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC.

Following the reveal, emerge the first details on the project set in the context of a dystopian, in which the duration of World War II, for over twenty years he has led the Hitler regime to bomb Poland with nuclear weapons. The game, say the developers, will be a journey through the five stages of the elaboration of grief, i.e. denial, anger, bargaining, grief and acceptance, with an approach that will find the translation in the dialogues proposed, but also in the environment and in the interactions present in Paradise Lost.

In the course of the title, the player can make different choicesthat will have a gradual impact on the characters, “but also on the visual style, the environment and sound effects of the game”. The atmospheres proposed by PolyAmorous in the Paradise Lost, aim to create a peculiar mix between the traditional religions of the slavic culture, british literature and a universe of technology eastern final “retrofuturistico”. Developed with Unreal Engine 4, the game is designed with in mind the PC and next generation console and points to a high level of visual fidelity.

Paradise Lost is currently no release date, but will be published in the third quarter of 2020.
