As probably you know, few days ago I checked online images of the alleged dev-kit PS5. The famous dev-kit in the shape of a V, which, in fact, had already appeared in the network.
Many are wondering if the photos of the dev-kits are true and the journalist of The Verge, Tom Warren, supports the are.
But not only that, the senior editor of the site has also tried to explain the why of this particular form of V on Twitter:
“Yes, this is the dev kit-PlayStation 5. It is so big and in the shape of a V to make it more easily comparable for the developers that perform the various stress tests. The cooling is optimized to push air in from the sides and from the centre”.
yes, this is the PlayStation 5 devkit. The reason it’s large and v-shaped is to make them more easily stackable for devs who are running multiple stress tests. The cooling is optimized to push air out of the sides and center https://t.co/pc3wJw2A6v

Always Tom Warren has talked about why Microsoft has yet to show anything of Xbox Scarlett, and the reason would be very simple: the colossus of Redmond want to surprise Sony and does not want to leak anything about the technical aspect of the next console not to convey information to the competition.
What do you think?
