Vader Immortal: the Star Wars game for VR will let you fight Darth Vader with your lightsaber

The third episode of Vader, Immortal, experience Oculus Quest VR, and to end up with style. The game recreates the experience of facing Darth Vader fighting with the lightsaber, and thus achieving the childhood dreams of many fans and players.

The previous episodes have brought you face-to-face with Darth Vader, but now for the first time you can fight him with your weapon.

A new post on the official website of Star Wars explores the final chapter of Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series. The post speaks of how the game written by David S. Goyer (the Terminator: the Dark Fate, The Dark Knight, Blade II) will be completed.

The final chapter, which will be released on 21 November, following the first two episodes, in which the playable character is captured by Vader and learn how to exercise their powers of the Force. This time, players will try to prevent Vader to activate a powerful artifact that will destroy the life on Mustafar; to do so, you’ll have to break into the castle Vader and fight him, but, because the events are “canonical”, don’t expect to die.


It’s a great final year for Star Wars, with The Rise of Palpatine, which finishes the new trilogy on the 20th of December, Star Wars Battlefront II which is about to receive a major upgrade and the arrival of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to Respawn.
