From the pages of the official web site of Control, Antonela Punder of Remedy Entertainment illustrates the roadmap of the content post-launch of the metrodivania starring Jesse Faden. According to what is suggested by the software house Finnish, including the update provided there should also be a DLC dedicated to Alan Wake!
The infographic that accompanies the announcement of the roadmap informs us that by the end of this year we will be able to access the Photo Mode of Control, thanks to which we can take photographs to capture the dystopian scenery of the Oldest House.
Always by the end of 2019, and more precisely in the course of the month of December, will be launched a new way called Expeditions: in this new series of challenges that will be available via free of charge for all users of Control, Jesse Faden will have to help the person responsible for the safety of the Oldest House, Arish, to explore the mysterious “Formation” and its surroundings, to carry out activities designed to test the reflexes and skills of the users.
As to the expansions linked to the Season Pass, in 2020, we will see the release of two DLC called “Foundations” and “EMA”, each capable of offer several hours of fun thanks to the new quests, enemies, original face, and the game mechanics even more original.
The expansion Foundation will allow us to delve deeper into the history of the Oldest House by participating in challenges that will take place in the basement of the complex federal: the DLC in question will arrive in the early months of 2020 , and will be available in exclusive time on the PlayStation 4. The second DLC, called EMA, will lead us in a new area of the Oldest House, the Field Investigations, to study the Events of the World Altered. The acronym in English of the second expansion connected with the Season Pass, the AWE, and the image that accompanies the ad seem to reinforce the mysterious connection between the Control and Alan Wake.
The additional content EMA Control will be available in mid-2020 , and, unlike Foundation, will launch simultaneously on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
