Doug Bowser, president of Nintendo of America, has wanted to reassure everyone: in spite of the announcement of the Nintendo Switch Lite, developers will remain focused on the standard model of the console.
Bowser: “our developers will remain focused on the flagship model of the Nintendo Switch and make games that will utilize the full capacity of that machine. Also, since most of the existing games is already compatible with the two systems, this should not be a big problem. However, we we strongly that developers ensure that there are great gaming experiences on both platforms.”
According to Bowser, all will depend on the games that they want to accomplish. In case you want to make more use of the motion sensors of the Joy-With, the reference platform will be the Nintendo Standard Switch, even if in the process of purchasing Joy-With some of the same games you can also use with Nintendo Switch Lite.
Always according to the president of Nintendo of America, the two versions of the console are complementary to each other, i.e. they are designed to give the customer more freedom of choice, on the basis of its economic resources and its needs of the game.
For the rest we remind you that Nintendo Switch Lite has been announced by surprise yesterday and will arrive on 20 September 2019.
