Animal Crossing: New Horizons was one of the protagonists of Nintendo at E3 2019, where were revealed the final name of the game and the release date. Asked by IGN in Los Angeles, the president of Nintendo of America, Doug Bowser, explained the reasons that led the company to opt for the referral of title to 2020.

“One of our key principles is to bring a smile on the faces of the people and we always talk about. It is our vision, or perhaps I should say our mission. This is what applies to us also to our employees. We must ensure that they have a good balance between work and private life,” said the american executive.

“Not going to introduce on the market a game before it is ready. The return of Animal Crossing is just an example. It is really important to have this balance in our industry. In reality, it is something of which we are very proud of.”

We remind you that the launch date for Animal Crossing: New Horizons is scheduled for march 20, 2020 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. The game will support both online multiplayer and local multiplayer. Below we propose the trailer shown during the Nintendo Direct of E3 2019.
