Bayonetta 3 absent at E3 2019: Platinum Games explains why

Despite the Direct Nintendo toE3 2019 has been excellent, those who hoped to finally see in action Bayonetta 3 will have to be patient.

In the course of an interview made by VGC, the Studio Head of Platinum Games, Atsushi Inaba, has reassured fans by reiterating that the development of the new chapter is going well and smoothly.

“The development is going rather well, usually the games are not ready in a year or two… it takes a little more time,” says Inaba. “Everything is going in the right direction and I know that many people are asking. Give updates on everything at E3 is not the communication strategy more intelligent to begin with, then just why don’t we show it here does not mean that it is not going to be good”.

Inaba also added that Platinum is working hard on the game and the quality will be up to the high standard set by the series: “it will be a title of high quality and we are giving the maximum.”
