In the day today, Tuesday, January 23, 2019, Sony has announced that PlayStation Now will soon arrive in other european countries, including Italy. For those who don’t know, PlayStation Now is a gaming service subscription that lets you access streaming to over 600 games for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 2, directly on the PS4, or Windows PC. In addition, subscribers can download titles for the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 2 on your PS4 to play them offline at native resolution. To play streaming is instead recommended a connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps and the use of the Ethernet cable to get an optimal experience.

The release date is not yet established, but is anticipated a public beta of PlayStation Now at the beginning of February that will allow access to the full catalog. Here is the link to register, but only if you have a PlayStation 4. It is still unclear what will be the games that are available in Italy on PS Now, but the official press release also speaks of the securities rather recent, such as Prey, For Honor, Mafia III, and DiRT 4. During registration, you can then note the boxart of Red Dead Redemption, Uncharted 3, The Last of Us and God of War 3 Remastered, which will most likely be among the titles available immediately.

While the beta is free, the cost of PlayStation Now in Italy has not yet been announced officially, but remember that in the past few months Sony has decided to lower the cash outlay required for the subscription of the european and add new features. In Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, the monthly subscription to PS Now is available at the price of 14,99 euros instead of 16,99 euro, therefore, we hypothesize that the figure in Italy can be the same.
